"Whitney was on my team and her standout qualities are her personality and unique vision. I was continually impressed with her new ideas and vision to think “outside the box”. I highly recommend working with Whitney. She was easy to guide and very eager!"

"I asked Whitney for help promoting my children's book, It's Okay Not to Know, on several social media platforms. Although she didn't have professional experience doing this kind of work, she had the skills: tenacity, organization, positivity, and the ability to relate to diverse audiences.
She jumped right in and once she became familiar with the work, she contributed more than I imagined. She optimized the copy, created a new social media brand image, and shared ideas to reach new audiences.
Whitney is a great collaborator, a solution seeker, and a go-getter. I love working with her because she's not only a great person, but also that she gets things done --and done well."

I" have known Whitney professionally for a few years now, and she reported to me for the better part of 2023 as an artist in the screen print space, during which I got to know her even better. I would absolutely vouch for her professionally, and would recommend her for whatever she chooses to pursue next. Whitney was a wonderful team member, and always showed a positive, forward-thinking attitude, as well as technical competence within her role.
By far, Whitney’s greatest strength is her positive attitude and outlook. This played into both her agility in her role in response to business needs, and her receptiveness to constructive conversations. She was consistently open to both giving and receiving feedback, and she never shied away from proactively and professionally discussing what needed improvement. Outside of development conversations, however, Whitney was remarkably self-sufficient and never needed any handholding; she was consistently able to hold herself accountable for staying on top of her responsibilities.
Her change agility also helped position Whitney as a steady rock of stability for her team around her, especially during the tumultuous recent years, and I cannot recall a time when she did not look at change in the most favorable light. She had a degree of trust in our organization’s decision making that not everyone consistently possessed, and that lent itself to a very healthy outlook on and connection to how she helped contribute to the bigger picture goals of the business.
Whitney is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite, and has a background in graphic design, illustration, and production art. She was a consistent contributor to team conversations during her time reporting to me, and was always willing to lend a hand troubleshooting with her peers. Whitney’s overall demeanor and her level of autonomy made her a pleasure to work with, and I believe she would be a great asset to any organization."

"Whitney Lewis and worked together for over 8 years at Custom Ink. Creative, innovative, and magnetic, Whitney has an incredible attitude.
Throughout her tenure at Custom Ink Whitney elevated her skills with Adobe Illustrator and received multiple promotions. She has an eye for aesthetics, design, and color. Her personal style and marketing mindset were an asset to the Art & Design department.
Whitney spearheaded a t-shirt design competition among our team to foster employee engagement, skill building, and raise money for charitable causes. On a quarterly basis Whitney owned communication, deadlines, and voting platforms. Her program allowed for our team of +100 artists to participate across zip codes. She owned the entire idea from the proposal, executing the program, and following up on the progress with stakeholders involved. Through Whitney’s program 10 designs were chosen and hundreds of dollars were raised for local groups including the Nevada Humane Society.
As Whitney’s manager I appreciated her curiosity and natural talent for thinking outside the box. She always has interesting ideas and delights in working through new opportunities. When tackling new challenges, Whitney grasped expectations quickly and rose to meet them at every opportunity. She had a clear understanding of what she needed to be successful and clearly communicated those needs appropriately and professionally.
I am delighted to recommend Whitney and would happily collaborate again with her in the future."
